Whole wheat slow-roasted in ghee, then rolled with cashews and palm jaggery. Gently roasted to bring out a rich, nutty aroma.

Every batch is roasted by eye, so colour and toastiness vary a shade between packs.

Ingredients
Whole WHEAT flour, CASHEWS, palm jaggery, ghee (clarified butter, MILK).

Contains wheat and milk. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, milk, wheat and sesame.

250 g pack. Freshly made on order. Keeps ten days at room temperature away from moisture, four weeks refrigerated.
