Ingredients
Each pack lists its own ingredients in full. Across the four we use dates, lotus seeds, WALNUTS, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, ALMONDS, CASHEWS, roasted gram, whole WHEAT flour, palm jaggery and ghee (clarified butter, MILK).

Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, milk, wheat and sesame.

Keeps ten days at room temperature away from moisture, four weeks refrigerated.
