Made with dates, lotus seeds, walnuts, flax and sunflower seeds. The largest of our four — one for the afternoon, or to carry through a busy day.

Rolled by hand, so no two are quite the same size — and you may find the odd larger piece of walnut.

Ingredients
Dates, lotus seeds (makhana), WALNUTS, flax seeds, sunflower seeds.

No dairy in the recipe. Made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, milk, wheat and sesame, so we cannot guarantee the absence of an ingredient this product does not list.

250 g pack. Freshly made on order. Keeps ten days at room temperature away from moisture, four weeks refrigerated.
