The bites

How fresh is it when it reaches me?

Made fresh twice a week and sent within 48 hours of the batch, so what reaches you is days old rather than months. A pack keeps ten days at room temperature in the sealed pouch, away from moisture, or four weeks refrigerated. We add no preservatives, which is the whole reason the number is ten and not a year.

How should I store them?

Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Refrigerate to get the longer life. They are best eaten at room temperature, so take them out a few minutes beforehand.

How big is a pack?

Every pack is 250 g. Because everything is rolled by hand, bite size and count vary a little from batch to batch.

What is in each one?

All four are vegetarian. Roasted Amber Bites and Wheat Rochers are made with ghee, so they contain milk; Wheat Rochers also contain wheat. Every pack lists its full ingredients. Because all four are made in one kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of an ingredient it does not list.

Allergens

Across the range we use tree nuts (walnut, almond, cashew), milk (our ghee, which we clarify ourselves from butter) and wheat. Our kitchen also handles sesame. If an allergy matters to you, please ask us before ordering.

Ordering and delivery

When do you make and deliver?

We roll twice a week. Orders placed the evening before go out in that batch, and local delivery lands within 48 hours.

Where do you deliver?

Evere and the surrounding area, and elsewhere in Belgium by courier.

How do I pay?

Bancontact and the usual cards are accepted at checkout.

Can I return them?

Food that spoils quickly is exempt from the normal 14-day right of withdrawal, so we cannot take back bites once they have left us. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we will replace or refund it.

Gifting

Do you do corporate gifting?

Yes — hampers for Diwali, weddings and office gifting from 25 boxes upward, with your own note card in each. Message us for a quote.

Can you deliver to a different address?

Yes. Give us the recipient's address and a delivery date and we will time the batch so it arrives fresh.
